These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SaaS Template (the "Service") operated by Just Enough Solutions ApS ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

SaaS Template is a SaaS template designed to help developers build subscription-based applications quickly. As a template, the Service provides foundational functionality that developers customize for their specific use cases.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication providers (Google or Apple). We do not offer email/password registration.

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information through your authentication provider
  • Maintain the security of your authentication provider account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time through the Account Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice for serious violations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

  • Free Plan: Basic features at no cost
  • Pro Plan (Monthly): Full access, billed monthly in USD
  • Pro Plan (Yearly): Full access, billed annually in USD
  • Pro Plan (Lifetime): One-time payment for permanent Pro access

All prices are displayed in USD and do not include taxes. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your country of residence.

4.2 Billing

  • Recurring subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Polar.sh (powered by Stripe)
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

4.3 Plan Changes

Upgrades: Take effect immediately. When upgrading from one paid plan to another, you forfeit any remaining time on your previous plan.

Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

5.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason.

How to request a refund:

  • Contact us at Support@justenoughsolutions.com within 14 days of your purchase
  • Include your account email and reason for withdrawal (optional)
  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request

Upon withdrawal, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will lose access to Pro features.

Try risk-free: We encourage you to explore the Service fully during this period. If it's not right for you, simply request a refund within 14 days.

5.2 Cancellation Without Refund

If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day withdrawal period:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining time
  • Your account will revert to the Free Plan at the end of the billing period

5.3 Lifetime Plan

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to Lifetime Plan purchases. After 14 days, Lifetime Plan purchases are non-refundable.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Unscheduled maintenance for urgent security or stability issues
  • Factors beyond our control (internet outages, third-party service failures)

We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' experience
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Just Enough Solutions ApS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive only the rights expressly granted in these Terms.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service, including sharing content with other users when you choose to do so.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the lower of: (a) the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100

9.3 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Enough Solutions ApS, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service uses a combination of EU-based and U.S.-based infrastructure. Your core application data (database and backend) is hosted in the European Union. For full details on data hosting and international transfers, see our Privacy Policy.

12. Cookies

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by our Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to Terms and Service

13.1 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

  • We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect
  • If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription within the 14-day notice period

Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.2 Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For significant changes affecting paid features, we will provide at least 14 days' notice.

13.3 Changes to Pricing

Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing period following at least 14 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from these Terms or your use of the Service:

  1. Negotiation: We will first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Contact us at Support@justenoughsolutions.com to initiate this process.

  2. Legal Proceedings: If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may pursue legal proceedings in the courts of Denmark.

14.3 Complaints

EU residents may also file complaints with the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Enough Solutions ApS regarding the Service.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
